What is the most important thing after going through a difficult distance at a ski marathon? Of course, have a good meal and regain strength at the finish! How nice it is to get a tasty, hot lunch from our friendly food service workers. For several years, Olga Ivina, the wonderful girl, has been managing the food service of the ski sport centre Demino. She always knows clearly how to organize the work of her service as effectively as possible. There is probably not a single person who during the Demino ski marathon would not have visited the Champion cafe. A variety of dishes, delicious fruit drinks - the hallmark of our cafe. The cafe is managed by Alexander Zaitsev, thanks to him you can eat so tasty!

And the one who had the opportunity to visit the Pasta Party in the cafe the day before the start of the main race was lucky not only to learn all the nuances of passing the course and chat with other athletes, but also to taste the crown dish - Bolognese pasta with a high content of carbohydrates needed during the race. And on the day of the race, kitchen workers begin to work before dawn, so that athletes can recharge before the race at an early breakfast.
