There was no intrigue at the 50-kilometer distance. The top ten, which kept almost the entire race in the lead with gaps of seconds, was rebuilt like chess. And Alexander Bolshunov, letting his rivals "lead", realized his advantage at the finish line and was the first to cross the finish line with a result of 1 hour 49 minutes.
- Everything turned out well today, thanks to the fans for their support on the course. It's nice to see a lot of people on the track, they are great. Everyone ran their own race, I was just faster," said Alexander Bolshunov, winner of the golden race of the XVII Rostec Demi Ski Marathon.

Olympic medalist Denis Spitsov lost 23 seconds to his teammate. He became the silver medalist of the Demino marathon race.
Alexander Grebenko, a representative of the Russian Winter marathon team, finished third.
Among women Svetlana Zaborskaya from Arkhangelsk became the best in the race. She improved her result of last year, where she became a bronze medalist. She covered 50 kilometers in 2 hours and 1 minute.
- I am very happy to have won the Demino Marathon. The course was hard today, the last kilometer decided everything, we managed to keep the leading position. It's great that the fans help and support me throughout the entire course," said Svetlana Zaborskaya, the winner of the XVII Rostec Demino Ski Marathon.
Svetlana also plans to start the silver race of the XVII Rostec Demino Ski Marathon at 25 kilometers, which will be held in LBC Demino on March 3.
Second and third place in the women's race went to Olga Tsareva and Olga Vokueva, representatives of the Russian Winter marathon team. Only two seconds determined the height of the podium step.
March 3 is the third day of the XVII Rostec Demino Ski Marathon. There will be satellite races - a baby marathon and starts for beginner skiers at 2 kilometers. And also the second ski race of the marathon standings at 25 kilometers in classic style.
