The V Demino Running Trail 2023, which has already become traditional, has come to an end! If we rely on the post-race words of the participants, it was great - an interesting, challenging course, beautiful medals at the finish line and "a very warm atmosphere".

Young athletes aged 4-8 years were the first to start the 450 metres. After them, the older participants overcame the 1 km course. Then more experienced athletes started the 3 km, 10 km and 21.1 km races.

The adult distances became a real test of strength. But the participants overcame it with dignity. It is an interesting fact that out of 97 participants of the 21 km distance 96 finished, at the 10 km distance absolutely all the athletes who started finished!

The absolute winners of the 21.1 km distance were Rada Tarasenko and Andrey Kuznetsov from the Yaroslavl region.

In total, 588 athletes from 12 regions and 52 cities of Russia took part in the Demino Trail.

We are very grateful to all participants and spectators that despite the inclement weather, you visited the Demino centre and helped us to organise another sports festival!

Registration for the all-time favourite Demino Ski Marathon, which will take place on 1-3 March 2024, will start on 1 November.
