How does it work?

1. Assemble a team:
· Dad
· Mom
· Child

2. Registration:

· MANDATORY registration in the "Family Competition" on the WEBSITE

3. Distances:

· Child: 2 km or 5 km
· Adult 1: 50 km FT
· Adult 2: 30 km (any style)

4. Scoring:

· The best time is calculated by adding up the race results (one from each family member).
· If the total times are tied, the winner is determined by the best result in the 50 km NE race.

5. Awards:

· The top 3 families in the overall standings will be awarded.
· Prizes: Diplomas + valuable gifts from sponsors.
