All work is best done in 1-2 zones of intensity. Pay more attention and time to work on technique and coordination.
The body should gradually get used to both the frosty weather and the new load for itself, after the off-season period.
Working evenly and not being too zealous at the start of the season, we prepare our body for the upcoming season. And trust our experience, it will be much easier to roll volumes and train strength endurance in the future.
The most important thing is not to go overboard at the first stages of rolling! We repeat this again and again. Don't bust! Work in doses with rest intervals. No one needs training every day for 2 hours.
The load should vary, but in such a way that the volume rolls up (in hours and in kilometers).
Be careful with intense workouts on the roll.
As long-term practice shows, having sorted out at the beginning, then the whole season becomes crumpled and not productive.
Naturally, everything is very individual, but rolling in takes at least 2 weeks. And during it, do not forget to do the power part:

✅ ski expander;
✅ simulation exercises;
✅ recovery crosses.
